Eccentric Lincoln Memorial Cents

It is not quite clear to the staff here at the asylum as to whether this collector should be classified as eccentric or not. However, one thing is for sure - his penneys are! Actually, taking a fairly common series like the Lincoln Memorial cent and adding a twist like an off-center strike can make for a challenging collecting adventure.
